Joe Swartz began his real estate career in 2002, and sold 24 homes that year, earning him the Rising Star Award and making a whopping $22,000 that year. He learned the fastest way to success is to model the success of others and not to continually reinvent the wheel. Over the years Joe has worked for Coldwell Banker, Remax, Keller Williams and most recently started his own Private Brokerage and coaching company Elite Home Advisors. Joe has been in the top 1% for the last 15 years and has been recognized with over 50 awards. Joe was a KW Maps Coach for 5 years and his proudest accomplishments is the success his agents and coaching clients have had. Whether helping those agents who are either just getting started or those who want to take their existing business to the next level, Joe has a complete system that is not designed to keep you in coaching forever, but to help you learn and grow to avoid the common pitfalls and struggles most agents go through.
Alysha was born and raised in northeast Kansas. After a year of being a stay at home mom, she's plunging back into the business world with a career change. Prior to making the jump to real estate, she worked in education for ten years. Alysha enjoys crafting, cooking, reading, writing, and spending time with her family and pets. She is now living in Osage City with her husband and two beautiful daughters. Alysha is excited to help you with your real estate adventure
Brian is married with 4 children. He enjoys spending time with the family and is a big Kansas City Chiefs fan. He believes in treating others the way you would want to be treated works as great in business as it does in life.

Ben has lived in Kansas most of his life and Topeka for 2 years now. He was a collegiate football player and pole vaulter. He has also been apart of IBEW 223, an electricians union.
